Susan Tatum, Founder
Susan is a 25+ year veteran of the business world and an advisor to CEOs worldwide. She has worked with over a hundred business owners and leaders to help them grow great businesses. She has faced the challenges of business ownership herself, survived and thrived. At High Performance CEO, Susan works one-on-one with select clients and side-by-side with people expert, Peter Engler, providing strategic input, expert guidance, and accountability.
Peter Engler, Partner
Peter has been helping to build executive management teams since 1997, when he transitioned from a career in advertising. With an emphasis on recruiting and personality profiling, Peter has played a pivotal role in the development of some of the country’s great technology firms. He also has eight years of senior coaching expertise. Peter works along side business expert, Susan Tatum, providing insight on the human aspects of business building.
Wendy Zenchyshyn, VP Client Development
Wendy has over two decades of experience in sales, marketing, client development and international business expansion. She is an expert in channel development, channel sales, business development, partner recruitment, partner management, program development and sales operations. At High Performance CEO, Wendy works with business owners and leaders to determine whether our solutions are a good fit.
